What should I do now then? I can't play matches, I can't make sbc normally. I either have to fix the problem somehow or forget about the game.

Community ManagerThere are some troubleshooting steps here. One of them is to try alternate DNS settings. Make sure you give that a shot in particular.
I tried all these steps including changing DNS servers to Google and other free options. My message here was a last resort

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Normally, packet loss is an issue with the ISP or your network equipment.

Their test shows the issue isn't with our game or servers. You're welcome to run the Connection Quality Report as well so we can see what's going on. I just need a screenshot of the overall score and match history.
