Community ManagerThere are some troubleshooting steps here. One of them is to try alternate DNS settings. Make sure you give that a shot in particular.
I tried all these steps including changing DNS servers to Google and other free options. My message here was a last resort

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Normally, packet loss is an issue with the ISP or your network equipment.

Their test shows the issue isn't with our game or servers. You're welcome to run the Connection Quality Report as well so we can see what's going on. I just need a screenshot of the overall score and match history.

Look!! It says my connection is good, I have tried everything, I deleted the game and redownloaded it, I tried Ethernet cables and different WiFi. I did the connectivity test. Can’t you guys just shut the servers down find the problem seriously?!!!! This is actually ridiculous

Even though it says good, an 82 is a bad connection when it comes to our sports games. You've got enough packet loss to cause disconnects and lag. Are you playing mainly on a wireless connection? If so, switch to a wire to see if there's a difference. Also, once you switch to a wire, make sure you power cycle your network equipment and console. Unplug both for 2 minutes and plug them back in.
