Come on, just think about it.
I gave my account to my friend—he logged into it and had the exact same issue as me: “NO CONNECTION,” and then logged out.
Then he logged back into his own account, and everything was fine, just like before. He’s playing and enjoying the game, while I still can’t fix this error.- EA_Aljo
Is your friend's account based in the same region as yours?
And I’ll say it again—with a VPN, everything works just fine.

This is further evidence there's an issue with your ISP. If you're switching to a different region and it's working, that points to a local issue.
Also, does the region on your account match the region you're in?
