My game crashes everytime i try to access the evolution menu, so i cant progress my evolutions.

After managing the evolution on the mobile app i could access them in game too.
It started about 3 days ago, whenever I try get on the evo tab on eafc25 it crashes my game.
One thing I have found is that it is only on one of my accounts and have even tried to do it on another console on the account but it doesn't seem to work
I have a few active evos which I am not able to do so i want to see if it may be a problem with my account

I can access the evolution from the mobile app, so i guess that is a workaround
Yeah, it sucks. And there is no help to get from EA. Only thing availible is to make a forum post.
