Fc25 is freezing and stuck while moving from one tap to another in ps5

FC25 won’t load and freezes, can’t go to my club to swap players, can’t buy players, can’t open objectives. It just sits on the screen loading, I turn it off and close the app, try again and same thing happens. Can’t even play the game, I’ve had the disc for a week, but it’s been happening since I first got it. Tried everything to fix it. I also rebuild database, reinstall the game, delete all other games and reset ps5 in factory reset.
