Fc25 issues on PS5

Question

I’m having issues in opening &amp; playing fc25 - constantly met with the FC25 loading symbol once the app has opened, which will spin &amp; then freeze. I have to close the game multiple times to be able to get into ultimate team, which will then mostly not load - it states connecting to ultimate team is not available at the moment. If I am able to get into ultimate team (after 5 or 6 attempts of closing &amp; reopening the app) I struggle to get into a match on rivals or champions. Again, if I do get into a match, more often than not the FC25 loading symbol will appear &amp; start spinning, before kicking me out of ultimate team!Can someone please help? The game is basically unusable - I am using a downloaded version from the PS store. I’ve tried clearing the cache &amp; rebuilding database, but it hasn’t fixed the issue.&nbsp;I’m also playing on a stable wired LAN connection, so it’s not a wifi related issue.&nbsp;

Hi EA_Pulsar​ thanks for the suggestion - I’ve tried this and it’s not fixed the issue. Any further advice please? It’s preventing me from being able to play online.&nbsp;When trying to get into ultimate team, it stays on this screen for several minutes with the fc25 logo spinning at the bottom, as you can see. After several more minutes, a message appears saying “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment”.&nbsp;

EA_Pulsar​ I’ve just managed to get into a match on rivals and my opponent has quit after going 3-0 down, however the fc25 logo is spinning at the bottom as you can see below - this has happened before where it kicks me out of ultimate team and then gives me the loss as DNF, despite my opponent quitting!!! Please help me sort this, as it is so frustrating!&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hey jibblejonny​ Sorry to hear that your game doesn’t launch correctly. It’s possible that the game files may be corrupted on your console. To resolve this, try deleting the corrupted files in EA SPORTS FC™. You may also want to back up and delete the existing save files from your console. Additionally, after launching the game, consider deleting the current "Personal Settings 1" profile to see if that helps.

EA_Pulsar​ hey is there any updates on this please? None on the above is working&nbsp;can’t play rush, squad battles, open packs, pick evolutions Without it crashing or kicking us off?? It’s unacceptable man and it’s not my ISP because it’s just ultimate team&nbsp;
