FC25 issues

I’m experiencing continued issues with FC25 - I have to close & re-open the game 6/7 times to access ultimate team. Once I’m finally in ultimate team, I’m constantly met with the FC25 logo spinning at the bottom, before being discontinued from ultimate team. Please advise how I resolve, as I’m constantly getting DNF notifications, which is affecting my record. Your previous suggestions to delete files on the game has not worked. Thank you
