FC25 loading screen crash

So i just bought the game and after i downloaded it, couldn t play. i reintalled the game but the problem still persists. Every time i lauch the game, after it loads it just crashes and send me back to EA App (see video atached). Any solutions for this or should i just refund it and forget about it?
