FC25 not working, shows unable to connect EA servers every time

my fc25 is not able to connect to the server and i am not able to online multiplayer and i have done everything to fix it but nothing works, please help!!! i don't want to loose and of my content or ...

I have same problem here since saturday. The server are unavailable,  now is day 4 four and still not response or help from EA.
