Community ManagerThere are parts of the console that are hard to access, if you have used a can of compressed air to blast the dust out of the heatsinks and still crash, you may need to have the console 'professionally' cleaned.

I just got my PS5 slim brand new yesterday, there is so dust at all and it overheats only when I play FC25, sometimes overheats in the menu, this doesn't happen with any other game
