FC25 won't let me get past the queue and keeps disconnecting

I connected ds 4 controller and the x was not working it was the options button for some reason how to fix that?

Hello, so in our pro clubs group 2 of us are on PC and we get the same issue. After we play a game of clubs we will then get stuck in the loading tunnel. We then reboot the game and its fine.

If we play rush we can play multiple games in a row, if we come out of that and go into leagues, loading tunnel.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, have the game running on performance mode but still we still get this issue.

I can not use the online features on fc 25 and it says that the servers are unavailable.Are they?

Why on earth am I having to queue to log into a game which I have paid an extortionate amount of money for ? What is the point ? Never mind a cute little message about turnstiles how about actually fixing your servers. Can you give me an indication whether I will be compensated for this ?

So ea has made us spend €80 for a game for us to wait in a queue ridiculous I believe everyone effected should be gifted our money back

EA won't do compensation for spending £90 to sit in a queue

They should give everyone who has paid a pack player now cause this is really frustrating. The whole countdown making me think others are getting in while im not

It lets me get to about 145 in queue then says ea servers are unavailable 

So now we have a queue to enter ultimate team that doesn't even work and just boots you of it and says the servers aren't available, what a fantastic idea that was , a big pat on the back for the genius that came up with that , lol, first promo of the year , servers in meltdown and hamster deceased .......great start lads
