FC26 Disconnecting from FUT servers almost every single match

Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times.  ...

Same here. Four games in a row I get connected to a rivals match and it disconnects before it even shows the lineups on Xbox.
