FC26 Disconnecting from FUT servers almost every single match

Everytime I play a match in ultimate team or clubs I lose connection to the EA server. I can play for hours trading cards and in the menu but when I join a game it disconnects 9 out of 10 times.  ...

Starting today, when trying to play Rush or Live Events, as soon as the game starts, the game automatically quits out and I get sent to my XBOX start page.  Never had that before.  Not only am I unable to play, but I'm also penalized for quitting once I log back in.  Currently frozen out from playing.  Any suggestions or is this a server issue?
