Community ManagerAccording to your test, there is enough packet loss to cause disconnects and lag. Since it's happening on other games, that further points to this being an issue with your home network/ISP. It would be good to contact them to see if they are noticing any issues.
i also have problems with your EA Servers and the biggest problem is the broken ,,near matchmaking" im in Germany in getting matched to guys in Egypt and Romania and Turkey which feels like playing on 300 Ms !!
