Whilsat I appreciate this is complex, as it's something I deal with on a daily basis, you cannot just ignore these complaints. When the majority of the playerbase complains about performance, it is a YOU problem. This a massive contributor to FC 25 falling off a cliff in terms of player count. It's just not working for us.
I mentioned it in the original request. It's on the left side of the Connection Quality Report screen where it says Match History.
We are not hearing from the majority of the playerbase. We will continue to monitor for any issues.
Fine. Continue burying your heads in the sand. I am sure the problems causing EA's cashcow to die will just cease to exist.
Match history
Your test showed a combination of wireless and wired. These are all wired. Still, you've got packet loss in every match. We'll keep an eye out on our end for any issues, but we're not currently aware of anything that would be causing this.
its not his internet its your servers, game is unplayable at daytime you have to step up this servers !! only playable at night
Even while live streaming i did this speedtest with zero packet lose and even if its 0.01% it could be also YOUR EA Server side Lost packets do you even know how packet lose works ???
This is what I have been saying for months. No one will listen.
i cant understand why they just not fix it its not that big deal EVERY other game has normal servers even small games its a joke
I think they've either not got the tools to identify that there even is a problem, or they know what it is and can't fix it. It's hard to say. With an annual release cycle, they inevitably have a mountain of technical debt. That debt could be preventing them from fixing anything, or the fix may require an overhaul to core systems, which EA would never sign off on.
