Frametime issue in FIFA with RTX 5070

A few months ago, I bought an RTX 5070, but I noticed that FIFA runs weird, even in the training ground. Using MSI Afterburner (a tool for monitoring temperatures, FPS, CPU/GPU usage, frametime, etc....
