Fut birthday update game crash

Hey Y_XHeptic Could you please try using the web app to delete your current squad and then create a new one with different players, tactics, and formations? Also, delete your squad updates from the main menu in the game and reinstall them.

I’ve got the same issue and this doesn’t work for me
