Hey there, I have just played my last game from Fut Champions, I was winning 3-1 and my rival left the game, then it appeared that there was an error and I would return to the menu, this game supposed me achieving rank 3 but it has counted to me as a win and a lose, now my record appears as 11-5 and that I have -1 games left and I cannot play or claim rewards. I help this problem gets solved.
This happened to me as a PC player and at 4:40 aprox.
I’m having the same issue and unfortunately I didn’t find a solution. It has become unplayable because of this. Just a minute ago I scored min 90 the winning goal and I got disconnected with this error and of course, loss for me. It happened like 10 times last week and again this week. I should have been in division 1 at least but because of this I can’t move forward. I read somewhere that it’s some kind of a glitch when your oponnent rage quits by disconnecting the network or removing the lan cable then you get this error. It it’s true, it’s a joke of a game that only lives because of streamers.
