Game Crash Issue in FC 25 (PS4 Version on PS5)

I am experiencing a recurring issue with  (FC 25) on the PS4 version while playing it on my PS5. The game crashes every time I attempt to enter a match in Rivals, FUT Champs, or friendly games.

I keep losing my matches in FUT champs and losing progress in Rivals!!

I have tried the following troubleshooting methods without success:

1. Deleted and reinstalled the game.
2. Turned off performance mode.
3. Rebuilt the database.
4. Deleted cache data.

This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering I have paid around $80 for the game and can currently only engage in SBCs, hindering the overall gameplay experience.

This is not acceptable at all.
