Game crashes after connecting to servers – Tried everything

Hello EA Support,

I’m having a problem with FC 25 on Steam for PC.  
The game launches fine and connects to the servers when online, but crashes shortly after connecting – no error message, it just closes.

However, when I launch the game offline (with no internet), it runs and doesn’t crash, although the performance is relatively poor.

Important Note:  
This is my first time trying to play online – I haven’t played online before, so it didn’t suddenly stop working. The game starts, connects to EA servers, and then crashes within seconds.

What I’ve already tried:  
- Verified game files via Steam  
- Fully uninstalled the game and EA App (including AppData, ProgramData, Temp folders)  
- Updated my graphics driver (GTX 1650 Super)  
- Ran everything as Administrator  
- Closed all background apps  
- Tried launching with and without internet
