Game crashing

When playing FC 25 the game frequently closes/crashes when I or an opponent scores a goal. Giving an error code CE-108255-1. This results it a disconnection amd loss in Ultimate Team and a reduction in my did not finish record.

Expierence this 15 times since 25 Feb 2025.
