Game Discarding Players

So I was completing Hugo Ekitike future stars SBC on the web app. I had completed 2 out of the 3 squads but then it said “Reward Claimed” so I figured it was a glitch so I look in my club and he’s not there, which makes sense considering I didn’t complete it yet. I then go back to SBC’s and he’s not there. The SBC had not expired yet but it has now. Wondering if anyone knows how to get compensation for this.
