Game freezes when Match completes, logs out and counts the game as a loss.

This is the 3rd Game in this WL where I have won the game, but when the game ends, instead of showing the final result, it gets stuck on the Loading screen. Then eventually it says "Could not connect to EA servers, taking you back to the Main Menu". Then when I log into FUT, the welcome screen shows me that the game was recorded as a Loss. 3 Wins in WL, all recorded as losses. The whole game goes on without a hitch, smoothly. Just after the match though, this error pops up and ruins everything.
