game issues

I have a problem where, when I launch the game, it immediately changes the resolution from 1080p to 720p. Even after the game loads, there's still no graphics, and I only see a green screen. However, I can hear the game's sound, and if I press anything, it seems like it operates normally, but I only see a big green screen. I’ve watched many videos about this issue, reinstalled the entire operating system on my computer, and nothing has worked. Other games run without any issues.

  • Thanks. Here are some additional steps to try. 

    - Please set the laptop energy profile to maximum performance 

    - Check if there are any Intel chipset drivers 
    - Create a gaming profile as explained in this article on our website 

    - Create a new windows account and launch the game on that profile

    - Enable game mode in Windows settings 

    - Use Geforce experience if you have it installed to optimize your settings

    - Also, remember to create a new Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game when you make those changes.

    Hey @botix0321 Try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way and It may have been saved on the cloud. 

    Also, delete the Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game and create a new one. 

  • what type of file do i need to delet or i need to delet all the files from that folder ??

  • I do these and its not worked for me the problem is still there

    Do you have any other software installed on your PC that can optimize/change your game settings? Something like Geforce experience, for instance? 

    Make sure to do a clean installation of your GPU drivers, and Windows updates. 

  • i had both downloaded and updated but my game is still bad and i can't play wit it so pls do something or if you can't do nothing i will want a refound

    I couldn't confirm any similar reports, so it seems to be some kind of system error. Can you also launch the PC in clean boot mode? 

    Send us your DxDiag report in case of any further issues.
