Game keeps crashing

Please help… i need to be reimbursed for all the lost caused by the game crashed… i will not purchase EA games ever again… you want to play to relax and it only annoy you. Very very disappointing… I have reported this issue among all others that I see on the technical bugs report and nothing has been fixed yet… it has been 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!!
