Game keeps on crashing after trying to change squad

My game keeps on crashing after trying to change the players on my squad. It only does this for some positions like my front three but when i was doing the one of 10 icon pick and was putting the players in when i got to a certain page the game just kept on crashing. I thought this was a one time thing but it keeps on happening btw Im on PlayStation so i have no idea if this is affecting other consoles or other people
