I've had this issue for months now but even with upgrading my pc and sorting out my settings it's still here it makes the game unplayable and not even enjoyable i lose most games now because of this ...
Same here, I have tried many many configs that I saw on internet, none was resolutive in fact. The only that helped a little was putting the game in windowed mode no borders.
