Getting banned on 03.17 for no reason

DId anybody got banned recently for absolutely nothing? I have a two weeks old account, i got banned for cheating, while not having any cheating software on my pc.

I had an error with anticheat, which i reported on the forum, getting no real response for it, now that this error finally went away and i could play 1,5 days without my game crashing in every game, i get banned :'D

I had to start a new account because my previous one got banned as well... I wrote an appeal trying to find out the reason i got banned, so i can sort it out, but got no response on that as well, just a declined case after like 10 days.

sorry to spam the forum with this but 10 days just doesn't seem a proper response time for just declining without a reason
