Glitch Submitted SBC – Lost Players

Sorry to say Bekam7​ but there is nothing that we can do in cases like this.

If your items were submitted then it means it was done user side.

Hi Darko, thanks for the reply, but I need to make it clear again  the SBC was not submitted on my end. The game froze, and when it unfroze, the SBC showed as completed even though I never pressed submit. This was a glitch, not user error.

I’ve already spent hours with EA Support and was even told by an agent (Yash) that this would be fixed. I also have proof the players were in my squad before the glitch happened.

If this can’t be handled here, could you please escalate it to the game team? Losing players due to a technical issue is extremely frustrating, and I’d like to see it properly reviewed.

With all due respect, your statement is simply not accurate in my case. I did not willingly submit those items into an SBC. The game glitched when I pressed “Build Squad,” froze, and then forced the submission. I have spent countless hours grinding for those players, and I have also spent hours in chats with EA support  some even admitted they would “fix it,” but nothing was ever done.

For you to say “items will not be submitted unless the player does it” is dismissive and untrue. I have proof of owning those players before this happened, and I expect my case to be taken seriously instead of brushed off.

Our team has on multiple occasions tried to recreate this Bekam7​ and never been able to.

Items cannot be submitted to an SBC unless someone adds them to it. When the game was frozen if you repeatedly hit buttons you may have inadvertently done it. 

We can pass your bug report on to the team but beyond this there is nothing more we can do to assist on here.
