I am writing to inquire about graphic issues with FC25 on PS5.I purchased FC25 about a month ago and have been playing it on PS5, but I've encountered several graphics-related problems that I'd like to address.The issues primarily affect the uniforms and are most noticeable during close-up scenes.While in-game gameplay is generally fine, problems occur during player entrance scenes, replays, goal celebrations, free kicks, corner kicks, and penalty kicks.The uniform graphics break down, sometimes revealing player skin color instead of the uniform color on arms or torso areas.When weather effects simulate wind, the uniform fluttering appears very unnatural.During corner kicks, while the lower body looks fine, the upper part of the uniform, especially around the neck, breaks down significantly.In player negotiation screens, the collar area of the player's suit sometimes appears to have holes.I also own FC24 and have tested it for comparison, but it doesn't exhibit any of these issues.Initially, I thought my old monitor (about 8 years old) might be the problem, so I recently upgraded to a 32-inch gaming monitor. However, the symptoms persist.Is anyone else experiencing similar problems or aware of any solutions?If this is an in-game bug, I hope EA will solve it promptly.

First, please check whether you have installed the Gen 4 or Gen 5 version of the game. Sometimes, players with dual entitlement accidentally install the wrong version. Additionally, delete any files that may have been corrupted.

@EA_Pulsar We still have the same issue after latest the update. It doesn't allow us to rejoin the pro clubs lobby. It basically stuck at the loading screen after every match in Pro Clubs. We have to quit the game, re-launch and re-join the Pro Club lobby again and again after every match. You guys didn't fix anything even 3 months after the game release.

I have been having pretty much exactly the same issue. Graphics break down very poorly during set pieces, the graphics go from great to horrendous never seen this before

Yes, same case with me. I have deleted the personal settings but it will still not fix the issue. The player shirt flickers so badly and even in the dressing room cut scene you can see it flicker. I even started a new career mode to test it out and the issue persists. This needs to be fixed ASAP

Have you tried deleting the save file from the cloud as well? Does it make a difference if you disable HDCP in the console settings?

1. Navigate to the 'Settings' menu.
2. Select 'System' and then 'HDCP'.
3. Here, you can uncheck the box to disable HDCP. Remember, you'll need to re-enable it to access streaming services etc.

If you use more than one profile, check if the issue occurs on the second profile as well.

Remove any USB and Bluetooth devices from your console.

I haven’t tried the steps yet as I didn’t want to lose all my saves. I’ve never had the PS4 version, I had the Ps5 version then upgraded to Ps5 pro.
Do you think I should reinstall the game? The graphically drops are unexplainable I’ve tried altering setting but it doesn’t help
