my account got hacked and i lost all my tradeable players and all of my money was taken i talked to ea support and i still havent got any update on my case its been 12 days now

You will need to open a new case to get in touch with an advisor and have them check on the previous case. Resuming a case will pull it from the queue which causes a delay. You can open a new case here. Thank you.

Same here, mine was 9th of the month and I've had to open a second case as a follow up to the first one.
what does it mean when the case says “waiting on player”.
hello i cant play game 5 days now i connect and i dont have access in game
i am inside game i see only green screen and menu withgout letters and i cant move in game
waht happened why i cant play the game so many days and i cant buy a new one
i pay 100 euros and so many for packages
dont fix problem i have download and unistall 3 times the problem its a same what happened??
