my account got hacked and i lost all my tradeable players and all of my money was taken i talked to ea support and i still havent got any update on my case its been 12 days now

You will need to open a new case to get in touch with an advisor and have them check on the previous case. Resuming a case will pull it from the queue which causes a delay. You can open a new case here. Thank you.
