After trying to copy squad from a rush match, I cannot load into UT

As the title suggests, I was playing rush with a friend and the opposition was forfeited due to Blue cards. It brought up a strange OG style fifa screen and asked if I wanted to copy my opponents squad, which I tried as I thought it could be funny. 

Now I can't load into ultimate team as it consistently blames 'server traffic' or 'connection is lost'. This is still persisting after restarting absolutely everything I possibly can.

Worried that I may have jokingly messed my game up for good now.
