Hacked account need higher level help

My account was hacked and content was taken. I have no idea why the security was compromised. Point is that a couple months ago an EA advisor helped me change the original email account because it no longer existed and now EA need the other email that no longer exists to help me recover the stolen content. In conclusion there is no help because the email that was used to create the account was deleted and the new email works for nothing. I’ve invested a good amount of money into legit FIFA points so no reason why not to help a good customer.
