Having trouble with the anticheat.

I cannot install nor repair the games for anticheat, if I try to install the anticheat for the game like fc25 or fc24 it will says "ResourceExtract failed:111 Install failed:701" and trying to repair it will result in invalid directory even thou its the correct directory. I never have this problem before with FC24 but after installing FC25 and i guess messing around with the anticheat i cannot play both games.

I've checked all possible issues to this but none of them seem to be working. Does anyone know how to contact EA directly regarding this? I cannot seem to find one....
