Help! EA Have restricted my market access for 2 weeks

Immediately I started troubleshooting my network wanted to find out that there was nothing wrong with it. I was still able to play games with no issues. I was still able to list players on the market, but I was unable to buy. So I went to the EA lab chat and I read some people dealing with the same issue on the forum the live chat and the foreign basically all said the same thing. Try not to buy anything on the market for 24 hours and it’ll reset.

So I waited 24 hours and I was finally able to buy again. I bought one gold Jude Bellingham for 29K to test and 15 minutes later after playing one game of rivals , I was suddenly restricted again. I started to get the same error.

This time it did not clear after 24 hours. He cleared after 72 hours. Then I bought one more player to test. In gold common and I put him into a SBC. 15 minutes later I’m restricted again this second restriction happened on 3 March today is 8 March I am still unable to buy players. I am able to sell, but I’m still unable to buy. I went back to the EA live chat to ask for assistance. They just kept giving me network troubleshooting replies and eventually when they got tired of it not working, they said just go and post on the forum so here I am please I know community managers cannot go and change something on the service side, but I don’t know what to do.

this error is also persistent in the web app when I try to bid it just refreshes the page but doesn’t take my bid 

All I’ve been doing is trying to make coins like a regular player. Please release me so I can buy ze Roberto one of my favorite players.
