Hi I’ve had FPS issues

Hi, I’ve had FPS issues in FC 25 after a recent update. Before that, the game ran perfectly fine.

My PC specs:
RTX 3060 Laptop
i5-11400H
16GB RAM
Windows 11
144Hz Display
Game on SSD

The issues:
FPS is stuck at 70 on the loading screen.
Main menu drops to 17-23 FPS.
In-game FPS is unstable, around 40-50, with stutters.
All graphics settings are set to low, V-Sync is off.
Temperatures and hardware usage are normal.

What I’ve tried:
Clean install of Windows.
Used DDU and tested multiple NVIDIA drivers.
Played with and without GeForce Experience.
Other games like PUBG also have FPS issues.                                                                                                          Everything worked smoothly before the update.
Now I just want to know whether this is a problem with the game, the NVIDIA driver, or my laptop.

Would appreciate any help or confirmation.
