How do i chat live with EA help ? someone logged in my UT and took coins

Hey everyone, How do i chat live with EA help ? someone logged in my ultimate team and took coins from my account, i had more than 1m coins and this morning i logged in and found 16k only and also found some players that i didn't have before in my club, i have been trying all morning to find CHAT LIVE option in the EA help site but i couldn't find it. All i could do is create a case and submit it and just wait (i created 2 cases). I already changed password but i really prefer to chat live with EA agent to make sure my account is secure and to figure out how this happened and hopefully get my coins back !

    @SCOUSER_DZ_99,

    If you open the link in an incognito window without logging in, do you see the chat option then?
  • @EA_QueenBee i just tried a different browser and i got the chat with us option.. but the wait time is not normal, at first it was 2mins then went up to 3mins then 4mins and now wait time is 5mins ,, i didn't refresh page at all it just changed on its own
  • Hey, i just talked with CHAT LIVE, but they didn't help at all, this is what they told me :"We don't need any proofs as our team only able to check the logs from tools present here with them only."

    I have provided more than enough proof showing what happened, i have evidence of new device logging in my account 2 days ago and i have proof of coins being transferred, a player in my club that was bought for almost max price and that's 5 times its actual price, i provided even more proof showing that i changed my password and Login verification and everything.. and they keep saying there is no suspicious activity according to their system ! after that, they just ignore my messages and eventually closed the chat in my face !! I've had a similar situation last year with missing items from FUT CHAMPS (i didn't receive player picks rewards), i thought it was only that agent who just didn't care about me and my concern until today, looks like all EA agents don't care about US PLAYERS, they just give same robotic answers and replies and then ignore You for few mins till chat closes on its ownor they close it themselves, not to mention, finding a way to contact them and chat with them is already difficult and complicated, I literally had to search on YouTube how to live chat with EA and when that didn't work i came and posted here about it in Answers_HQ. I know most ppl would say its not that big of deal, but for me it is, EAFC is the only game i can play right now due to some medical bs.. I've been playing and collecting theses coins since DAY 1 (September 20th) was planning on buying some really good players for champs this weekend, but now they all just gone, someone simply just got in my account and took them, HOW ? idk and EA doesn't know either but they wouldn't help out and put them back in the account or something, they just tell me to turn On Login Verification and move on.. Just to be clear, Login Verification has always been ON and no one has my account information , I don't know what happened and neither does EA !!!! How did someone just access my account with no tracks no suspicions no nothing ?

    IM SO FRUSTRATED I CANT STOP TYPING  !!!
