I bought Fifa points didn't go to my account

I bought 5900 Fifa points on companion app on my phone and the points didn't go into my account by the money got withdraw

    If ur with apple, go to ur app store and under you're name youll find recent purchases/purchase history. you'll then report the purchase itll then take you to safari and u can find the request there. It will take at least 2 days to process back into your account.

    If android? no idea sorry.
