If the game still not showing up in your library for download, please try clearing the EA app's cache:
Once that's done, restart the EA app and check if the game is now available. If still not showing up, please contact EA Help Support as they will need to check your purchase.

It didn't work, but if I can't add the version I bought to the cart, you wonder if it's just a visual error?

Same that’s happened to me I brought the game and now it says it’s not paid for I hate the virtual ea support I need to talk to a HUMAN NOW

Community ManagerI purchased the game 3 days ago, and purchased EA PLAY not long after. I played my 10 hour trial across the past few days, and eventually it ended. Was waiting until the game officially released today to play it, I go to open the game and it says I need to purchase it, even though I bought it many days ago. It shows up in my EA accounts 'Purchase History', but I cant download it or install or anything
