I can't load my previous career mode and settings

I lost my career load. I need to fix that.

If you created a new one then your save is likely gone winsterrrr​ and we would not be able to restore it.

I had the same issue and managed to restore an older version of my saves by locating the new settings folder under "C:\Users\<YourName>\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25\settings", right-clicking it and selected "Restore previous versions", where I was able to restore a version of the folder that windows automatically saved 2 days ago.
