I cant play Ultimate team

Dear EA,  I bought FC 25 ultimate edition a few days ago. But every time I start ultimate team I get a message that I need to reset my password, but when I do that nothing happens and I get the same...

Please make contact with an EA Game Advisor and tell them you want to "reset my login credentials".
