I cant use my controller in the game

so i just bought ea fc 25 from steam, at the first time its working fine my controller works fine and the game works fine, suddenly my game crashed because i customize my stadium in UT and then i cant get in the game, so i try to fix this by looking at youtube videos, and EA forums. I can get in the game now with no problem, but the game cant detect my controller input ( i am using a generic USB controller by using the Steam Input), but the weird thing is, whenever i enter the game, the game didnt detect my A button, or B button. but when i press the right trigger (R2) it shows the Ea overlay ? or the things where i see my friends, and weirdly my controller works on that menu, but it dont work in the game menu. Does someone experiencing the same thing and have the solution for this ?
