I don't have access to the season pass on FC25 on ps5

How do you go about this , as I have the same issue 

I've done this several times now over the past 6 weeks and they say they're working on it but nothing changes, whilst they update the game with new features whilst some players don't even have access to core parts of the game and are missing out on loads of content. Shocking from the developers. I'm sick to death of EA and how they treat their users. This is the last of their games I will be wasting my money on. 

I have spoke to them about 5x now. They tell me they are working on a fix. Don't give me any information on when. The game has been out over 2 months now and I still don't have access to the season pass and I'm missing packs from linking my EA account to youtube and twitch. Shocking from EA to let such an issue get ignored when they have brought out several updates bringing changes to gameplay whilst many players don't have access to CORE parts of the game. What a mistake buying this game was, I won't be giving another £ to EA. 

I just lost my ultimate team because I had same promblem with login because I forgot my old email password now I somehow remember it and unliked from ea games , linked my email which I was using all time when I logged in and all lost

one good thing SP start working but not sure if I’m gonna play all from over 

yh thats what i don't want to risk, but I have no faith in EA to fix this issue either. 

This is exactly the same thing that has happened to me

I've had one person at EA help tell me I need to buy the season pass on the store lol

They’re clueless, no help whatsoever 

Sick of EA, not fair how people are getting season pass rewards and we can’t have access to them, it’s an unfair advantage
