I have been quick sell pack soft banned for over 2 hours

I was opening 85x10s and 89 exchanges as normal on the web app. Suddenly, I could not quick sell bad players that I did not want in my storage. I have been grinding packs for days and this has never happened to me in any fc/fifa before and I do not know if it happens to anyone else. Either way, I would like help on how to sort this because i have NEVER heard of a quick sell soft ban before.
