If your FC Points purchased on Steam haven't appeared in EA SPORTS FC 24, first check for a potential delay and ensure your Steam and EA accounts are linked. Restart both the game and Steam. If the points are still missing, the most important step is to directly contact EA Help, providing them with your account details and proof of purchase from Steam. please make sure you didn't purchase FC 24 Points instead. Otherwise, please wait 24 hours in case the points arrive and contact EA Support after, if they haven't.
It's an FC25 point and I have checked, and they are correctly purchased
