In-form Messi in provisions pack while he’s part of the TOTS Promo.

I opened the provisions pack to get the 4 TOTW players to complete my daily SBCs. Suddenly TOTS animation > ST, Argentina, MLS, Miami… in-form Messi and TOTS Neufville who should be out of packs. 

Doesn’t this ruin my chances at packing Messi now? How is Neufville still in packs, namely the TOTW provisions pack? 

I believe there should be a compensation… I’ve opened all guarantee packs since the first day of this week’s team with the aim of getting Messi or CR7…
