We're not aware of any issues with the servers since the vast majority of the playerbase isn't experiencing this.

Your test is showing the problem is with your ISP. Again though, you're not getting the screenshot I'm requesting. You need to get the Match History. That is on the left side of the Connection Quality Report test. It will list your recent matches and the connection details for each one.

We'll keep monitoring for issues on our end. At the moment, we're not aware of any. There are some connection troubleshooting suggestions in the article here. Make sure you try using alternate DNS settings. Those instructions are in that article.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. This issue is coming from your ISP or equipment according to the test you ran earlier.
