Injury bug? (MC, PS5)

I'm in the first season of a Manager Carrer save with Hamburg. I've had 4 injuries so far this season, and they all have been the exact same injury (broken toe, out 3 months). Is this just bad luck or a bug? One of my players got injured in an aerial duel and his toe is broken. I don't know how realistic the injuries are meant to be, but this feels like a bug.
