Issues regarding the ban of my account

Hello community,

Please, I want somebody’s from the community, or any person related to EA to help me regarding my issue with my account. Yesterday, I received an email from EA where it was mentioned that my account is permanently banned, but no reason was mentioned (below, at the attachments, is a screenshot of the email). I tried to contact them through email and EA Help, but they declined my case (the screenshot also in the attachments). I have no idea why they banned me, and they even though say I may contact them, still they are declining my request and not giving me an opporunity to receive an answer regarding this issue. I have not been trading, purchasing coins, or doing anything that may get me banned, so I don’t have any idea why this has happened.

Please, note that the account that is banned is another account, I created this account in order to be able to express my issue in the forum page, cause it would not let me do it from the banned account.

Please, I want your help in order for me to know what to do in order to receive an clarification regarding this ban, cause I have done nothing wrong, and I want to understand what has happened, what can I do to solve this problem, and I may prove and show everything that may be needed to get my account back.

In hope somebody can give my some clarification.

    Classic ToS Ban. You have bought/sold coins/points. You will probably deny that you have done this, but your case has been checked and the ban is correct.

    Thanks for reaching out. I have not engaged in any of this mentioned by you, also I did not have any access to the account at the moment when I received the email, cause I was at work. 

    May there be a possibility of my account being hacked, cause I don’t know what to think.

  • I was banned yesterday out of the blue as well no explanation. My appeal was denied and still was given no reason as to why

    Yea man, they seem to like banning people out of the blue for no reason. At least, I want a clarity of the situation and the reasons, and proof of what happened, not just a general sentence “violation of terms and conditions” and consider the case rested. That’s why I want the case to go forward, or reach a manager or higher representative to take a thorough look at this, not just some bot generally saying something without proving anything. It’s just unfair. I have been playing the game for a lots of hours, around 400 this year and 1000 last year i think, and for all my progress and all the time spent for the past two years playing on this account to be written off like this, just makes me sad.
