Issues regarding the ban of my account
Hello community,
Please, I want somebody’s from the community, or any person related to EA to help me regarding my issue with my account. Yesterday, I received an email from EA where it was mentioned that my account is permanently banned, but no reason was mentioned (below, at the attachments, is a screenshot of the email). I tried to contact them through email and EA Help, but they declined my case (the screenshot also in the attachments). I have no idea why they banned me, and they even though say I may contact them, still they are declining my request and not giving me an opporunity to receive an answer regarding this issue. I have not been trading, purchasing coins, or doing anything that may get me banned, so I don’t have any idea why this has happened.
Please, note that the account that is banned is another account, I created this account in order to be able to express my issue in the forum page, cause it would not let me do it from the banned account.
Please, I want your help in order for me to know what to do in order to receive an clarification regarding this ban, cause I have done nothing wrong, and I want to understand what has happened, what can I do to solve this problem, and I may prove and show everything that may be needed to get my account back.
In hope somebody can give my some clarification.
