Kicket out of a game after it was done = loss ????

After a game that i won I tried to go back to the main menu, but then I Got sent out of Ultimate team. I just thought I was a simple crash ,but when I came back it Said that the game counted as a loss even though the game was done and I won.

I hope you Can get hope give me something to make up for it or just return the loss.
